Delicate botanicals are layered across each sterling silver oval, preserving the textures of harebell buds, goldenrod, lupine leaves and sagebrush. Above them, arcs of gold glow like a setting sun over the meadow.
Below, an asymmetrical collection of gemstones and small details brings the landscape to life. Tourmaline becomes plant stems and flowing water, green garnet and aquamarine echo the colors of the meadow, a freshwater pearl recalls a smooth pebble and tiny gold filled beads become seed pods. Sterling silver chain falls like rain alongside a textured rock and the meadow floor.
Each detail is a fragment of the landscape — plants, water, earth, rain and fading sunlight — brought together in a pair of earrings meant to feel like carrying a little piece of the meadow with you.
