Measure around your wrist above the bone. If you 
don’t have tailors tape you can use a strip of paper,
yarn or ribbon and then measure on a ruler.

Select the size closest to the wrist size options 
shown above. Or if you prefer a slightly looser or
tighter cuff choose the next size up or down.
